Welcome to Airport2Home LTD. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund of 100% of the payment.
1.2. If a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
2. Flight Delays and Cancellations
2.1. Customers must inform Airport2Home LTD if their flight is delayed or canceled.
2.2. Failure to inform Airport2Home LTD of a flight delay or cancellation will result in no refund of the payment.
3. Waiting time
3.1. Airport2Home LTD provides a complimentary 20-minute waiting period for all pick-ups.
3.2. After the initial 1 hour waiting period, a charge of £20 per hour will be applied.
4. General Conditions
4.1. Passengers must be ready at the designated pick-up location at the agreed time.
4.2. It is the passenger’s responsibility to have all necessary travel documents and belongings before departure.
5. Driver Responsibilities
5.1. Our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time. However, Airport2Home LTD is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
5.2. Drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage but are not responsible for any damage or loss.
6. Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness
6.1. All vehicles undergo regular maintenance and cleaning.
6.2. Passengers are expected to maintain cleanliness and respect the condition of the vehicles.
7. Safety and Conduct
8.1. Passengers must wear seat belts at all times during the journey.
8.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without refund.
8. Liability
9.1. Airport2Home LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
9.2. In case of vehicle breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances, Airport2Home LTD will make every effort to provide an alternative solution.
10. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
10.1. Airport2Home LTD respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10.2. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10.3. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing.
10. Governing Law
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
11.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
